Common myths debunked

Greetings !! Since y'all loved the myths that i debunked in the previous blog which you all must read.( click here ). Here's one more that will fascinate you a lott!.. Here we go-- 1.Birds will leave there kids if they gets touched by human. Most birds have a poor sense of smell and wouldn't know the difference. So that the mother bird wouldn't know if their baby was touched  by a human anyway. If you find a baby bird on the ground, it is probably learning to fly and shouldn't be touched . It's also not wise to touch baby birds because an angry momiee bird might fly in your face or peck at your head and curse you in bird language😂. Angel investment : fund raising method for a startup!

Hey you all
Hope you are doing well.

Today we'll discuss one of the method that one can use to fund a startup.
And that is ANGEL INVESTMENT.

These days we can see many startups facing recession and even many new ones!..
Every startup needs funds and that can be generated by many ways.
One of them is of angel investment .

Now,

What Is an Angel Investor?

An angel investor (also known as a private investor, seed investor or angel funder) is a high-net-worth individual ( u can say a rich person)who provides financial backing for small startups or entrepreneurs, typically in exchange for ownership equity in the company. Often, angel investors are found among an entrepreneur's family and friends. The funds that angel investors provide may be a one-time investment to help the business get off the ground or an ongoing injection to support and carry the company through its difficult early stages.

PROS AND CONS OF ANGEL INVESTMENT 👉

The big advantage is that financing from angel investments is much less risky than debt financing. Unlike a loan, invested capital does not have to be paid back in the event of business failure. And, most angel investors understand business and take a long-term view. Also, an angel investor is often looking for a personal opportunity as well as an investment

The primary con  of using angel investors is the loss of complete control as owner. Your angel investor will have a say in how the business is run and will also receive a portion of the profits when the business is sold. With debt financing, the lending institution has no control over the operations of your company and takes no share of the profits.
